How do I choose the right frame size for my bike?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on each product page. Generally, sizing is based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more maneuverability or sizing up for increased stability.
Do Haro bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include basic tools and instructions, but we recommend a professional safety check at a local bike shop before your first ride.
What is your return policy for bikes and components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to complete bicycles, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Does my Haro bike come with a warranty?
Yes, all Haro frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and finish are typically covered for one year. Professional assembly is often required to validate warranty claims.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping for bikes usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Parts and accessories may arrive sooner via smaller parcel carriers.
