Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
